Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi, is a leading self-financing Engineering College started on 17th<\/sup>\u00a0October 1984 in the presence of\u00a0Ms.& Mr.Gunter Von Schlenk, Ms. & Mr.Erwin Flohrer<\/span>\u00a0from M\/s. Carl Schlenk A G and Dr.S.Krishnaswamy, the then Vice Chancellor, Madurai Kamaraj University.<\/span>Shri Sv.K.M.Ramalingam, Sri.A.Tenzing and Dr.S.Arivazhagan<\/span>\u00a0serve as the\u00a0President, Correspondent and Principal<\/span>\u00a0of the college respectively.<\/span>The College is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University from Chenni with Permanent Affiliation for 14 out of 17 Programmes. Seven UG Programmes and 4 PG Programmes are\u00a0accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi under Tier I Category<\/span>. Also our College is accredited with\u00a0A Grade for a period of 5 years from February 2021 by National Assessment and accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore<\/span>. Our college has been granted\u00a0Autonomous Status by UGC, New Delhi & Anna University, Chennai<\/span>\u00a0from the academic year 2013-14 and\u00a0Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)<\/span>\u00a0in true sense, Fast Track Scheme to undertake internship cum project during 8th semester, special courses by industry \/ Academic experts from India and abroad are introduced.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
